Shelf life of Oil
, 02 25th, 2008My friend Al, at the Evinrude Service Center says he is still using oil that he has stored in his garage for 8-10 years ….and it is still good. He stressed that you have to keep it free of any dirt, heat or moisture. So, getting a drum of bulk oil and taking 1-2 years to use it up should be no problem at all.
