If you’re using your jet ski in salt water locations, salt build up is one of the more serious concerns, as it can erode your engine quickly. Salt is best removed with hot water and a scrubber.

It’s also important to keep an eye on your impeller which can become tangled with weeds and other objects, and quickly hinder your engine.
