Using Evinrude Johnson 2 Stroke Outboard Oil for Central Maine Fishing

christensenIn central Maine, there are a number of lakes known as the Belgrade Lakes, where people often go to fish. There are plenty of quality trout and salmon to be caught. Some of the lakes are stocked with these fish, while others have pure wild fish populations. The majority of these lakes have easily accessible areas where boats can be brought into the water.

The best way to go out and catch some fish in central Maine, whether for sport or for food, is to get up early, make sure your boat is in prime condition and loaded up with Evinrude Johnson 2 stroke outboard oil, and get out to one of the lakes. Whether you choose Echo Lake, Damariscotta Lake, or one of the many others, you’ll be sure to catch some great fish.

Whitefish Lake and Evinrude XD 50 Oil

100-0509tarpon_atboatOne of my favorite places to go fishing is in northwest Montana. In particular, I’ve always found the best lake to go fishing there is Whitefish Lake, which is a place that has been named for the large amount of mountain whitefish that can be found in it. You’re also likely to be able to fish for rainbow trout and northern pike, which are both great to cook and eat.

There are lots of really huge fish in Whitefish Lake, so it’s important to have good fishing equipment and a powerful fishing boat, preferably one running on Evinrude XD 50 oil. I’ve pulled a lot of fish from that lake that have weighed upwards of twenty pounds, so you can often have a challenging yet lucrative fishing experience there.

Ringfree Plus in the Garage

7412_2676196_IMG_19_0000Since there’s not enough room in my garage for my boat, I have a storage facility not too far away from my house where I usually keep it instead. However, I usually bring my boat to my house and park it on the driveway for a day or two whenever I’m planning a big boat trip. This way, I can get whatever maintenance done that I want at my own home.

Even though there’s not room for my actual boat, I keep all sorts of boat-related materials on hand in my garage. I keep things like oil and fuel and cleaning supplies. It’s not a bad idea to keep a fuel additive like Ringfree Plus in your garage either. That way, when you’re preparing for a big boating trip, you can have everything you need without having to head out to grab something else.

Learning More about Outboard Oil

934152_553950914648523_1680645070_nA friend of mine recently bought his first boat and he’s been telling me a lot of information about boating and boat maintenance because I’ve been considering buying one of my own. The more he tells me, however, the more it feels like I’m completely clueless when it comes to the intricacies of boating. There’s a lot of common boat knowledge I simply didn’t know.

For instance, I didn’t know that oil was processed differently in certain boats. I initially assumed it was like a car where you would take it in for oil changes, but in actuality, with my friend’s boat, you mix the outboard oil with the fuel when you are putting it into the boat. He’s told me a lot of things about fuel additives and other stuff that I had no idea about as well.

Mercury Outboard Oil for Birthday Boating

CW-330-Doctors-Gone-WildWork has been really stressful lately so I decided to plan ahead and take some time off around my birthday. I thought that it would be really nice to go on a fishing and boating trip with my friends somewhere far away from work and home, because that would be the perfect way for me to finally get some much-needed relaxation time in.

Luckily, fueling up my boat isn’t particularly stressful and I already had all the Mercury outboard oil that I would need for the trip. I was glad I had thought ahead on that, because with all the extra tasks I’d been doing at work to be able to go on vacation, I didn’t really have time to go out and do a whole bunch of maintenance on my boat as well.

Fishfinders and Yamaha 2M Oil

1929043I got one of those nifty fishfinder devices recently and I was just itching to test it out on my most recent fishing trip. I’ve had a lot of friends get some great results from these fishfinders so I figured it’d be worth picking one up because I love going fishing, but I hate it when I go on a fishing trip and wind up not catching anything at all.

I rounded up some of my buddies who were looking to blow off some steam with a fishing trip, got my boat filled up as necessary with fuel and Yamaha 2M oil, and we got the show on the road. My fishfinder worked wonders and we wound up being able to catch more fish than we ever have together before. I won’t be leaving on a fishing trip anytime soon without it.

Mercury Premium Plus Gets Used in New Boat

lifestyle_inset_9My dad’s the kind of guy who will make a big purchase, get all the accoutrements for it, use it a lot for a while, and then kind of forget that he has it for a long time. Once, he went all out and got everything that you would need to brew your own beer, then he used it once and made a few bottles, and it’s been collecting dust in the garage ever since then.

His most recent purchase has been a boat. Of course he, purchased everything he would need for it, including a huge supply of Mercury Premium Plus motor oil. This time, however, it seems like he might have made a purchase that will actually last. He’s been using his boat way more often than anything else he’s ever bought, so maybe he’s finally figured out what he loves.

Evinrude Oil Helps Me Get Great Photos

941225_10151585724961553_1084866596_nI’m an amateur wildlife photographer and one of my favorite things to do is to take my boat out onto the lake and get pictures of birds and nature and whatever else I see while I’m out on the lake. The lake I live closest to is really beautiful and there’s always the chance of seeing herons closer to the water and birds of prey like eagles up in the sky, which are great to take pictures of.

I really enjoy going out at different times of the day during different times of the year because nature can change so much over the course of time. You’ll see completely different things when you’re out at night in the summer than you will in the morning during the cusp of winter. I like going out on a whim, so I always keep a supply of Evinrude oil on hand for my boat.

A New Waverunner with Waverunner Oil

fxho2013-642x336For my thirtieth birthday, I decided that I was going to indulge a little bit and use some of that money I’d been saving up for so long with no particular endgame. I decided that I was going to purchase something for myself that I’d wanted for a very long time: a Waverunner. I first rode on a Waverunner when I was a teenager and I thought it was exhilarating.

After that first time I rode a Waverunner, it was always something that was in the back of my mind, especially when I moved to my current apartment, which is extremely close to some major lakes. I finally took the plunge and I got a Waverunner and all the Waverunner oil I could possibly need and I think it might be the best purchase I’ve ever made.

Bulk Outboard Motor Oil for a Boat Mechanic

dsc_0398My father has worked as a boat mechanic for many decades and I’ve been working in his shop for more than a year now. I don’t have nearly the amount of expertise regarding boats as he does, but I’m definitely learning. I’m not sure yet if it’s what I want to do with the rest of my life, but I enjoy boating and I enjoy learning about how boats work, so it’s nice for the time being.

Generally, I do all of the administrative work for the shop, though I also delve into the actual mechanics of things a little bit, primarily as an assistant. One part of my duties is to order all of the things that my dad needs to properly do boat maintenance, such as bulk outboard motor oil. That’s something that I find myself ordering often, which is why we get it in bulk.

Going for a Swim Thanks to Yamalube 2W Oil

2010-08-29_11.53.50I think that swimming is a great way to exercise. It works out more of your muscles than running would and personally, I find it to be a lot more fun than running even if it does tend to be quite a bit more exhausting overall. I don’t have a pool, but I live close to a lake that varies in depth, which is usually where I go for a swim when it’s nice outside.

I generally prefer to swim in areas that aren’t unsafe due to the depth, since I like to swim by myself. Usually, what I’ll do is take my boat out to an area of the lake where I know it isn’t too deep and then I’ll swim around it. Before I do so, I always make sure to use Yamalube 2W oil on my boat so that I don’t run into any issues when I take it out.

Former Surfer Uses Mercury Outboard Oil

Mercury-Marine-2Surfing was something I used to do a lot when I was younger; it really developed an intense love of water for me. I sustained a leg injury and haven’t been able to properly surf ever since then, which was something that really upset me, but one injury certainly couldn’t keep me away from the open water, even if I can’t surf anymore like I used to.

These days, the primary time that I spend out on the water is on my boat. Obviously, it doesn’t give me quite the thrill of surfing, but I still love the water so much that I’m always willing to lounge around or go fishing with my friends. If I’m not out on my boat, I’m usually working on it and fixing it up, which is why I’ve got a good stock of Mercury outboard oil.
